Swan Sweets Private Limited

We've been at Survey No.126 for a while now, right along the Jamnagar-Khambhalia Highway near the Vasai post. It’s a busy spot with trucks going by all day, but inside Swan Sweets Private Limited, it’s mostly about the sugar and the heat from the big pots. We start pretty early most days because that's just how the sweet business works. You can’t really rush things when you’re dealing with traditional recipes and local ingredients. Some people think being out here on the highway is a bit far from the main city, but for us, it makes sense for getting our supplies in and out. The building isn't fancy or anything, just a solid place where the work gets done by people who know what they’re doing. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure the sugar levels are right. Sometimes the highway noise gets a bit much when we have the windows open, but you get used to it after a few weeks. It’s mostly local guys working here, folks from around Vasai and the nearby villages. We don't have a big office with carpets or AC; it’s mostly just the floor space and the storage areas. Most of the day is just spent moving crates and keeping an eye on the clock so nothing stays in the heat too long. It’s a bit of a repetitive job, but it’s honest work and it keeps the local shops supplied. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come in.
