Patel Papad

We are located at plot 54 in the food industry section of the industrial area here in Bhakti Nagar. Most people just call this the Bypass Road area. It is a busy part of town with a lot of trucks moving in and out all day long. Patel Papad has been operating from this spot for a while now. The building isn't anything to look at, just a sturdy place where we can do our work without being bothered. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans going to keep it manageable. Being in an industrial area means there is always noise from the neighboring plants, but we are used to it by now. We spend our mornings getting everything ready and the afternoons are usually for cleaning and sorting. There are a few of us here who have been working together for years. We do not have fancy titles or a big corporate structure. It is just a matter of showing up and making sure the day's work gets finished. Sometimes we sit outside for a break when the weather is nice. The Bypass Road makes it easy for us to get things moved around. We just like staying busy and keeping the business running. It is a local operation and we prefer it that way. No big fuss, just regular work. Sometimes we get a lot of visitors from the other factories just to say hello. It keeps the day interesting when things are slow here.
