Our office, Smart Travels & Tourism, is at 109 Silver Chamber on Tagore Road. We are directly opposite Atul Motors, so it’s easy for anyone in Rajkot to find us. We’ve been in this building for some years now. The room is filled with maps and some old travel magazines. We do a mix of things, from booking flights to sorting out local tours. We don't have a big corporate team; it's just a few of us who really like traveling ourselves. We know how annoying it can be when things don't go as planned, so we try to be careful with the details. We don't have a dress code or anything like that. We just show up, drink some coffee, and help people get their tickets. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the road work outside, but we keep the fans going. We don't spend money on big ads or commercials. Most of our customers come because their cousin or friend told them we were helpful. We like it that way. It feels more personal. We are just local people trying to make a living by helping other local people see a bit of the world. No big mission, just honest work every day.
