Down in the Metoda GIDC area of Rajkot, you’ll find Simex Crop Protection India LLP. We are located at Plot No. G-1044 on B1 Road, right near the Kishan Gate on Kalawad Road. If you’ve ever been to a GIDC, you know it’s all about industry and hard work. There’s a lot of noise from the nearby units and trucks moving in and out of the gate all day. Our focus is on crop protection, which means we deal with a lot of different products meant to keep plants healthy. It’s a very hands-on job. Our office is more like a workspace where we manage the logistics of getting these products where they need to go. It can get pretty hot in the summer out here, and the dust is just part of the everyday life in an industrial zone. We don’t have a fancy website team or people to write nice stories about us. We are just a group of people who understand chemicals and farming. We spend our time checking batches, talking to distributors, and making sure everything is labeled right. It’s not the kind of job you do if you want to stay perfectly clean all day. We enjoy being in the middle of the action at Metoda. It feels like we are part of the real economy of Gujarat, just doing our bit for the crops and the people who grow them.
