Shubh Saraswati Industries

Shubh Saraswati Industries is situated on Plot No. 18 and 19 within Survey No.142. We are in the Ankit Industrial Area and you can find us right behind Samay Agro Tech in Padvala. It is a bit of a journey to get out here from the city but having the extra space for our industrial work is worth it. Our factory floor is usually quite busy with the sounds of machines running. We produce various parts and equipment for other industries. There is often a lot of dust and metal scraps around but we try to sweep up at the end of every shift. We have a group of workers who live nearby and they are very dedicated to their jobs. We don't have a big management structure here. Usually the owner is right there on the floor with everyone else checking the quality of the items. We have a small office attached to the factory where we handle all the paperwork and billing. It gets quite hot in the summer months because of the metal roof but we have big exhaust fans that help a bit. Lunch is usually a communal affair where everyone shares their food and talks about their families. We don't spend money on marketing or brochures because our customers already know what we can do. We just focus on making sure the machines are maintained and the production stays on track. It’s a simple, hardworking life out here.
