Shop No 7 in the Dhruvraj Complex is our home base. We’re right on Chandreshnagar Main Road, just across from the Back Born Shopping Center. It’s a lively spot with people coming and going all day. Being in Shop 7 means we have a front-row seat to all the traffic on the main road. We do security connections and setups. Our shop is packed with rolls of wire, cameras, and different types of brackets. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time out on the road installing things, but there’s usually someone at the shop to answer the phone. The shopping center across the street is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We’ve been working in this area for a good amount of time now. We know most of the other shop owners in the complex. Sometimes we sit outside on the bench when the weather is nice. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. People usually hear about us from their neighbors. We just focus on getting the wires run correctly and making sure the monitors show a clear picture. It’s practical work. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult when we’re working outside, but that’s just part of it. We keep a few umbrellas in the back. It’s just us doing what we know how to do for the neighborhood.
