Bhatia Services is located at No. 5, Chand Bhavan, on Gondal Road in the Bhakti Nagar area. We are right in the middle of a busy part of Rajkot. Our office is a straightforward place with a few desks and a lot of files. We handle various types of service work for people in the city. It’s nothing fancy, just a room where we organize our schedules and take calls. We’ve been operating from Chand Bhavan for quite a while now. The building is older, but it serves us well for what we need to do. We don't have any big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us answering the phones and making sure things get done. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when a lot of requests come in at once. We usually have some tea around four in the afternoon and talk about the day’s work. Sentence lengths vary because that's how we talk. We don't use any corporate speak here. If someone asks for a service, we tell them honestly when we can do it. Sometimes we are late because of the traffic on Gondal Road, which is pretty bad most afternoons. We know our customers by their faces, not just account numbers. It’s a small-town way of doing business in a growing city. We just keep things moving and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door.
