Our place is located at No. G5 in the Shilpan Arcade, right on the ground floor. It is pretty easy to find since we are situated near KKV Hall and just a short distance from Jariya Car Decora along the Ring Road. Working in this spot means we deal with a lot of noise and dust from the main road, but it also means we are right where the action is. We handle all sorts of technology-related things, mostly whatever people happen to bring through our door on any given day. The shop itself is not very large, so it can get a little bit messy with all the cables, boxes, and spare parts lying around on the floor and tables. Most of our time is spent hunched over a workbench or looking at screens trying to figure out why a particular piece of tech isn't doing what it should. It’s just a small team of us here. We don't really bother with the corporate way of doing things, as we find it easier to just talk to our customers directly and honestly. Sometimes the local tea guy stops by and we take a short break to regroup and talk, then it’s right back to the repairs. The Ring Road area is constantly moving, and we have been a part of this neighborhood for a while now. We just try to be useful when someone comes in with a problem they can't quite solve on their own. It’s practical, everyday work for us and we like it that way.
