Our shop is located at number 95 on Raiya Road. If you know where the HP petrol pump is, we are situated right near there, very close to the Cshree Park corner. It is a very busy spot with people always coming and going to get gas or just passing through the intersection. We mostly focus on communication gear, so there is usually a lot of talk about phones or internet connections going on inside. The space we have is a bit on the tight side, especially when we have a few people waiting around at the same time to talk to us. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we are experts who know everything; we just fix what is broken or help people set up what is new for their homes. Sometimes the air conditioner in the shop acts up when it gets too hot in the summer, but we just keep on working through it. We have been here on Raiya Road for long enough now to really know the rhythm of the street and the people who live around here. Most of our customers are just regular folks coming in with everyday problems that need a quick and simple fix. We like the location because it is very convenient for people to stop by while they are out running their usual errands. It is a straightforward kind of business for us. We show up every morning, do the work, and then head home to our families.
