Our place is out in Rajkot, specifically at Plot No. 20/2 in the Kotda Sanghani area. Shidhi Agro Food Llp is located right behind the Goldcoin Foam factory, so that’s the best landmark if you’re trying to find us. It’s an industrial sort of area called Urja-2-A. The sun gets really hot out here on the plots, and there isn't much shade unless you’re inside the warehouse. We spend our days processing different agro products. It’s noisy and there is always a lot of dust from the machines. We aren't interested in sounding corporate; we just want to make sure the food is handled right. The office is just a small corner of the building with a computer and some ledgers. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just show up in the morning, check the machines, and start the day's work. Rajkot is known for its engineering and industry, and we fit right into that vibe. It’s all about being practical and getting things done. We have a small team and everyone knows their job. Sometimes the machinery breaks down and we have to fix it ourselves. It’s just part of the routine. We don’t spend time on marketing because our work speaks for itself in the local markets. It’s a tough environment but we’ve been here for a while now and we know how it goes.
