Sanjivi Exports

Sanjivi Exports is located at the Galla Mandi. If you’ve been to the mandi, you know how busy and loud it can get. It’s right in the middle of the local trade, and we are right in the thick of it. Our space is just one of many, but we’ve made it our own. We spend most of our time dealing with the arrivals and departures of goods. Galla Mandi is where everything happens for us. It’s a gritty, hardworking place. We don't have a fancy showroom or a quiet office. Everything is done right there on the floor amidst the sacks and the crates. Sanjivi Exports has been operating out of this spot for a good while. We know the other traders and the loaders by name. It’s a community of sorts. The days start very early here, often before the sun is up. We have to be quick and keep things moving so we don't get behind. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we know where everything is. The noise of the trucks and the shouting of the auctions is just background music to us now. We don't really do much else besides the export work at the mandi. It’s a simple, tough business. We stay focused on the tasks at hand and try to get through the day's load without much fuss. Most of us have been here since we were younger. It just feels like a second home for the crew now.
