We set up Sanjari Mobile And Travels right in Galaxy Chok because it’s a busy spot in Dhoraji and people are always moving through here. It’s a mix of fixing phones and helping folks figure out their travel plans. Usually, someone comes in with a cracked screen and ends up asking about bus timings or train tickets while they wait. We’ve got a lot of tools on the workbench and plenty of schedules taped to the wall. It gets noisy with the traffic outside Galaxy Chok but that’s just how it is in this part of Rajkot. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the regulars by name. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to wait a bit longer for their tickets to print. We don’t mind. It’s a small shop and things can get a bit messy with chargers and cables lying around. We just try to keep things moving. Most people come to us because we are easy to find and we stay open late. It’s practical work. One minute we’re dealing with a mobile software issue and the next we’re explaining a route to someone. We don’t use any fancy systems.
