We are located in Maruti Nandan Complex at Door No-315. It’s right across from the Galaxy Hotel on Jawahar Road. The office isn't very large, but it's enough for what we do at Richi Rich Seaway Shipping Pvt. Ltd. Mostly we are on the phone or tracking things on the computer. Shipping can be a real headache with all the paperwork and delays, so our desks are usually covered in files. We aren't the type of place with a fancy lobby or free coffee. It's just a working office. Some days are stressful when a ship is late or something gets stuck at the port. We just try to handle it as it comes. We’ve been in this building for a bit now and know the other shops around here. It’s a busy part of town. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just help move stuff from one place to another. Sometimes it goes smoothly, sometimes there are bumps. We stay late quite often to make sure things are moving. It’s not a glamorous job, but it is what we know. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big claims. We just do the work and try to keep things organized in a business that can be very disorganized. That's pretty much the whole story of our little office here.
