Our place is out in Metoda Village, specifically at 2322-24 in the Lodhika GIDC area. If you’ve ever driven out this way, you know it’s mostly factories and industrial sheds. Ramboo Prolen (India) Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for a good while. It’s quite a distance from the main city, so the mornings are usually quiet until the shifts start and the machinery kicks in. We have a decent amount of space here, which is necessary for the kind of stuff we handle. It isn't a glamorous location by any means. There’s a lot of red dust around and the roads can be a bit bumpy depending on the season. Most of us have been working together for years, so we have our own way of doing things. We don't bother much with fancy titles or anything like that. We just show up, get the machines running, and make sure the orders are ready when they need to be. Lunch breaks are usually spent sitting outside if the weather isn't too hot. It’s a hardworking environment and we prefer it that way. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office. We just focus on the production and keeping the facility running smoothly. It’s honest work out here in the GIDC, and we take some pride in just being a steady part of the local industry.
