Out here at Plot No. 344 on the Aji Gidc Main Road, things stay pretty loud. This is where Dolphin Techno Cast is set up. Being in an industrial zone like this means there is always the sound of machinery and heavy trucks passing by. Our plot is right on the main road, so it’s easy to find but it gets very dusty from the traffic. We do casting work, which is hot and messy business. The workshop floor is covered in sand and metal bits, and the workers are always busy around the molds. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear nice clothes. We spend our days making sure the pours go right and the shapes come out like they should. It’s heavy work, and by the end of the day, everyone is pretty tired. We usually have a small break in the shade when the sun is too high. The main road is always busy with people going to other factories in the Gidc. We’ve been at this plot for a good number of years now. We don't have a big office staff, just a few people to handle the paperwork while the rest of us are out back where the actual casting happens. It’s a straightforward industrial life. No big frills or marketing, just getting the metalwork done as best as we can. It’s sweaty work but we are used to it.
