We are located on the Main Road of New Nehru Nagar, specifically at number 2 within the Kailashpati Society. It’s a well-known spot in this part of town, and the street is always lively with local residents and other small businesses. Our shop is right there on the ground level, so you can see us working if you walk by. Machine tools are our specialty, and the shop is packed with different sizes of lathes, grinders, and spare parts. It’s not a sterile environment by any means; there’s usually some oil on the floor and metal shavings near the workbenches. We have been here for a good amount of time and the locals know us by name. It is a family-style atmosphere where we work hard during the day and usually have tea together in the afternoon. The traffic on the Main Road can be a bit much during rush hour, but it also brings in a lot of people who need something fixed or a specific tool made. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been at this address doing this work for years. Sometimes the orders pile up and we have to work through the weekend to catch up, but we don't mind. It’s just how things are when you run a machine shop in a busy neighborhood like this. We just keep the wheels turning.
