We have a small team of guys who really know their way around a machine shop. They don't need much supervision; they just grab the blueprints and get to work. The location near the highway is great for getting our tools shipped out to different parts of the country, but it also means it’s never really quiet. We’ve been at this for a while, and the building has seen better days, but the equipment inside is what really matters to us. We don't spend money on fancy signs or advertising campaigns because word of mouth from other workshops is enough to keep us going.
