Radadiya Industries

Radadiya Industries is located out in the Shapar Industrial Area, which is part of the Veraval district. We’re on Plot No. 5 at Survey No. 234/1. To find us, you just head down Shitla Mataji Mandir Road. We are quite close to Sahyog Cotton. It’s a typical industrial setting out here. There’s a lot of dust and the sound of heavy machinery everywhere you go. Our place is no different. We’ve got our equipment set up and we spend the day running production. It’s hard work and it gets pretty hot under the tin roof during the summer months. We’ve been in Shapar for a good while. Most of the people working here are from the nearby villages. We don't have a corporate office with air conditioning. We just have a small desk in the corner for the bills and some chairs for when a customer drops by. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We’re usually covered in a bit of grease or metal shavings by the end of the shift. We don't have any big missions or fancy slogans. We just try to make the parts right the first time so we don't have to do them again. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it’s kept us going. We know the other owners on this road and we all just try to get through the day's work.
