R. J. Industries

R. J. Industries is located at 1 Paresh Estate, which is right across from the Jainath Petrol Pump on Godal Road. It's a handy landmark because everyone knows where that pump is. The estate itself is full of different small workshops and businesses. You can always hear the sound of machines or trucks coming in and out. We’ve been here for years, and the space has definitely seen better days, but it’s sturdy and serves us well. We handle industrial parts and manufacturing tasks. The floor is concrete and there are oil stains here and there, which is what you’d expect in this line of work. We don't have a fancy waiting room; if someone comes by, we usually just pull up a stool or stand and talk near the main door. It gets quite warm in the summer, so we keep the big shutters open to let the breeze in. There is a small desk in the corner where we keep the paperwork, but most of the action happens on the shop floor. We know most of the other shop owners in Paresh Estate, so there’s a bit of a community feel. We just focus on getting the orders filled and making sure things are built right. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do, and we’ve been doing it a long time. The street lights outside flickered for a week, but they finally got fixed last Tuesday.
