PRATIK MACHINE TOOLS

You can find us at Number-3 in the Atika Industrial Area, down on Dhebar Road South. It's a busy part of town, always lots of trucks moving in and out. We focus on machine tools here. Our workshop is usually full of iron and steel parts in various stages of being worked on. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, but it’s a working shop, so there’s always a bit of floor sweepings and oil around. We’ve been at this for a while, just a small group of us who know how these machines are supposed to behave. We don't do much in the way of advertising; usually, someone just tells a friend to come see us at Atika. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving between the different benches and checking the work. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought because the metal is being stubborn, but we don't rush it. We just want the tools to be reliable for whoever ends up using them. It’s a practical business. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide what our customers ask for without any fuss. The coffee is usually strong and the work is steady. We like the community here in the industrial zone and the way everyone kind of helps each other out when they can. It is a basic setup but it gets the job done.
