Pizza Hut

I work at the Pizza Hut located in Chandkheda, Gujarat. Our shop is right in the middle of a busy neighborhood where people are always on the move. The kitchen is the main part of the building, and it is usually very hot because the ovens are running almost all day and night. We spend our time preparing the dough, cutting vegetables, and making sure the orders are ready for the customers. It gets particularly crowded during the dinner hours and on holidays when families come out to eat. You can always hear the sound of the timers going off and the staff calling out orders. Outside, our delivery drivers are constantly coming and going on their bikes. Chandkheda is a lively place, and there is a lot of traffic on the roads near us. We have a small team of people who have been working together for a while now, so we know how to handle the busy rushes. The dining area is simple and we try to keep it clean and tidy for whoever stops by. We don't have a lot of time for breaks, but when we do, we usually just sit out back for a few minutes. It is a fast-paced environment and it can be quite tiring by the end of the shift. We just focus on getting the food right and making sure everyone gets their meal as quickly as possible.
