You can find us in the Sardar Industrial Estate, right near Topland on the Amar Nagar Main Road. This whole area of Umakant Pandit Udhyog Nagar is packed with workshops, small factories, and warehouses. We fit right in with the rest of the businesses here. Our place is basically a large storage area filled with all kinds of spare parts for machines. We have rows and rows of metal shelves. Some of them are properly labeled, but for others, we just know where things are from years of practice. It is a bit greasy and smells like metal inside, which is what you would expect for a spares business. We spend a lot of our time looking through old catalogs and trying to match up part numbers for people. It is not a fancy or elegant shop. There is usually some dust on the boxes and the floor always needs a good sweep, but we stay too busy helping customers to worry about it. People come to us when a machine breaks down and they need a specific bolt, belt, or gear to get it running again. We try to keep a bit of everything in our stock. It gets pretty loud with the neighbors running their heavy machinery all day long. We have a small wooden counter where we talk to customers.
