Pavandhara Farmer Producer Company Limited is run out of a pretty simple setup over in Kotda Sangani. We are based at Kalpesh Vadodariya’s place, right near the Somnath Mandap and the Rameshvar Deri. If you are driving through Veraval in the Rajkot area, you will know the spot. It is a busy little corner of the world, especially in the mornings when people are heading out to the fields or stopping for milk. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees in suits. It is just a handful of us working together to make sure the farming business side of things gets handled properly. Most of our meetings happen sitting around with a cup of tea, talking about what the weather is doing and how the market looks. We keep our records in a simple way and try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who walks through the door. It can be a bit loud sometimes with the traffic near the temple and the dairy, but we like being right in the middle of where things happen. Being in Rajkot means we have a lot of neighbors who do exactly what we do, so there is always someone to ask for advice. We don't put on any acts here. It is just honest work and trying to keep the farmers' interests at the front of our minds while we deal with the daily chores of the company.
