Our business is based out in Ghanteshvar, which is a bit on the outskirts of Rajkot. We are at Block B, Plot 69 in Parshuram Park, near the Gokul B-16 Jam Road area. It is a quiet place where we have enough room to process our food products. We moved here because the city was getting too crowded and expensive for a small setup like ours. The building is a simple concrete structure, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, we have our machines and the packing area. We spend most of our time making sure the daily production stays on schedule. It is hard work and the days are usually long, starting before the sun is even up properly. My father and I run the place with a few local guys. We don't have any fancy titles or big meetings. We just talk over tea about what needs to be done for the day. Sometimes the road to the village gets a bit rough during the monsoon, but we still manage to get the trucks out. We focus on the practical side of things, like keeping the inventory right and making sure the machines don't break down. It is an honest living for us out here. The air out here in Ghanteshvar is a bit cleaner than the city center, which makes the long days more bearable for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
