We are out on Kalawad Road in the Vajdi area, which is part of Taluka Lodhika. It’s a bit of a drive out from the main city center but it’s where we’ve set things up. Balaji Wafers Pvt. Ltd. has been around this part of the road for quite some time. The area around us is mostly open space and other industrial plots. It gets pretty quiet at night but during the day there is always some activity. We have a lot of people coming in and out. The road is usually busy with trucks and local transport. It isn't a flashy office building with glass windows everywhere. It’s more of a practical setup for the kind of work we do here. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure everything is running. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but that's just how it is in Vad. It’s a local spot and everyone around here knows where Kalawad Road is. We’ve got a routine that we stick to. The sun can be quite harsh in the afternoons so we try to get the heavy lifting done early. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do their jobs right. We don't really do much in the way of big announcements or things like that. We just stay busy here in Lodhika. It is our daily home for work. Most of us have been with Balaji Wafers Pvt. Ltd. for a while and we just like the routine.
