We set up the yard here at Aercon India quite a while back, just about a kilometer and a half down from Movaiya Circle. If you're driving on the Padadhri-Mitana Road, you can't really miss the spot. It's a bit of a dusty stretch of road, especially when the trucks are moving in and out all day long. Most of us here grew up nearby, so we know the area like the back of our hands. We spend our days dealing with the materials and making sure the stacks are right. It’s not fancy work, and the sun gets pretty hot out here by noon. We usually take our breaks under the small tin roof near the entrance. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy, but we manage to get things moving eventually. People often stop by just to ask for directions since the circle is a main landmark, and we don't mind helping out. It’s a busy place with a lot of noise from the machinery, but that's just how the workday goes for us. We’ve been at this for a bit now, just focusing on getting the loads ready for whenever they’re needed. Nothing too complicated about it. We just show up, do the heavy lifting, and head home once the sun starts to go down. It’s a steady rhythm that suits us just fine. I think we have around six or seven of us working the yard most days, and we all just pitch in wherever the help is needed. It’s a simple setup but it gets the job done.
