Our place is a bit hard to find if you don't know the landmarks. We are at Survey No. 172/2, Plot No. 28 in the New Balaji India Estate. It's right behind Maldhari Restaurant and across from Hotel Krishna Park on Gondal Road N.H. in Kothari. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. At Pack Maker Machines Pvt. Ltd., we spend our days around packaging equipment. It is a lot of metal, wires, and testing things out to see if they run right. The workshop is usually full of half-finished projects and spare parts. We don't have a showroom with bright lights. It's just where we work. We aren't really office people, so if you call, you might hear machines in the background. Sometimes we get things right on the first try, other times it takes a bit more tinkering. We just like fixing things and seeing them work. The team is small, just a few guys who know their way around a wrench. We eat lunch together when we can. Gondal Road is always noisy with trucks, so we are used to the sound of the highway. It is a practical life. We don't promise anything we can't do. People come to us because they need a machine that works, and that is what we try to give them. It’s a simple setup but it works for us.
