Might Industries

Our place is located on Gondal Road, right near the Rolex Bearings building. If you know this industrial stretch of the city, you will know it is always loud and active. There is a lot of noise from the heavy machines and the trucks constantly moving past our gates. We work in manufacturing, so the floor of our shop is usually covered in metal shavings or a bit of oil. It is definitely not a clean office job. We wear work clothes that get dirty pretty fast every day. The heat can get quite intense in the afternoons inside the shed, but that is just part of working in this industry. We have been in this location for years, watching the other factories and shops around us grow and change. Our setup is very straightforward. We have the equipment we need and just enough space to move our materials around. It is not a place designed for visitors to come and sit around; it is a place where we get things made. We deal with various industrial parts and components all day long. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend hours fixing it ourselves. That is just how it goes. We have a small group of guys here who have been working together for a long time. We know the routines. We do not spend time talking about big goals—we just focus on the specific parts we are making today.
