Medisurge

We have been operating out of Banana House 15 in Panchnath Plot for quite some years now. It is a bit of a quiet corner, but we like it that way because it lets us focus on getting things done without too much noise from the main road. Most people who come to see us at Medisurge are looking for specific medical supplies or surgical tools that aren't always easy to find at the big chain stores. We keep a lot of boxes in the back, and sometimes the office feels a little cramped when a new shipment arrives on a Tuesday afternoon. It's just a small team of us here. We spend a lot of time checking inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. The desks are a bit old, and the tea guy comes by around four, which is usually when we take a break. We don't really do big advertisements or anything fancy. People usually find us through word of mouth or because their doctor told them we have what they need. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. We've got a lot of regular customers who have been coming to us since we first opened the doors. It is a simple operation, really. We just show up, handle the orders, and try to help whoever walks through the door at Panchnath Plot. Sometimes the deliveries are late, which is annoying, but that is just how things go.
