Leafera Agro Foods Private Limited has its place in the Metoda GIDC area near Rajkot. We are in the Chitralekha complex at shop number eighteen. Working in an industrial area like this means there is always noise and movement around us. We deal with agro food products, which means we spend a lot of time checking quality and packing things up. It is not a glamorous job. The warehouse can get very hot in the summer, and we spend a lot of time moving boxes and making sure everything is labeled right. We are a small team and we do not have a human resources department or any corporate bosses. We just manage the daily work ourselves. Sometimes the orders come in all at once and we have to work late to get everything shipped out to Rajkot and beyond. Other times it is quiet and we just sit and have tea with the guys from the next shop. We are just regular people trying to run a business in a busy industrial zone. We do not use big words or make fancy claims. We just handle the food products as best as we can. It is a lot of routine, but it is what keeps us going. We like the community here in Metoda and we just do our daily work.
