LAXMI MACHINE TOOLS is located at units 9 and 10 in Nandanvan Estate. We are part of the Samrat Industrial Area, which is just off Gondal Road and near the P & T Colony. If you've been around this part of town, you know it's full of workshops and small factories. We fit right in. Our days are filled with the sound of metal hitting metal and the smell of industrial oil. It’s a tough environment but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We handle different kinds of machine tools, mostly things that other workshops need to keep their own production going. It’s a small operation here. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just talk to the customers who walk through the door. Most of them are regulars from around the industrial area who need something specific. Sometimes the heat in the workshop gets to be a bit much, but we just keep the fans going and stay on task. We try to be honest about how long a job will take. If we can't do it, we say so. It’s better than making promises we can't keep. Gondal Road is always busy, so there’s always something happening outside, but we stay focused on what’s on the workbench. It’s just simple, hard work for us every single day. We've been here for years and we're not planning on going anywhere soon. It's just what we do.
