We are based at Matru Chhaya in Tagore Nagar-1. Our shop is right on Aminmarg here in Rajkot. It is a busy street with lots of people coming and going. Most of the time, our counters are covered with different electronics that need looking at. There are wires and tools everywhere, which is how we like it. It shows we are actually working. People bring in all sorts of stuff that has stopped working. We spend our hours taking things apart and trying to put them back together better than they were. It is a bit of a puzzle every day. We do not have a fancy waiting room with a TV. People usually just stand around or come back later. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We talk about the local news or the cricket scores while we work. It is a local shop run by local people. We have been in Tagore Nagar for a long time, so we know most of the faces that walk through the door. We do not go for any polished marketing talk. We just tell people what is wrong with their gear and what it takes to fix it. It is straightforward and honest. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to finish. That is just how the service business goes for a small team like ours in the middle of Rajkot.
