Khodapipar Farmer Producer Companylimited is based right out of Dinesh Jentilal Gadhiya’s place in Khodapipar village. It is a quiet spot in the Paddhari taluka of Rajkot. Most days start early here because that is just how farm life goes. We are not some big city office with fancy glass walls. It is just a local setup where we handle things for the farmers around here. You can find us if you head toward Dinesh’s house. The roads are a bit rough sometimes, especially when it rains, but people know the way. We spend a lot of time talking about the crops and what the weather is doing to the fields. It is a simple operation. There are a few chairs and a desk where we keep the records. Sometimes the neighbors stop by just to say hello or ask about the latest news from the market. We do the work that needs doing without much fuss. If you come by in the afternoon, there might be some tea going. It gets quite hot in this part of Rajkot during the summer, so we usually try to get the heavy work finished before noon. This company is just about the people living in this village and the land we work on every day. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us making sure things run okay for the group.
