Job Tracker Consultancy is based in Upleta, Gujarat. You can find us at Laxmi-Krupa on Anand Nagar, specifically along Kolki Road. Our office is in a residential-style area, so it’s not like a big corporate skyscraper. We spend our days looking at resumes and talking to people who are searching for work. It’s a pretty straightforward job. We have a desk with a computer and a lot of files where we keep track of who is looking for what. People from around the 360490 area come in to talk about their experience and what kind of job they want. We do a lot of calling to different companies to see if they have openings. It can be a bit slow some days, and other days the phone won't stop ringing. The office at Laxmi-Krupa is where we do all our meetings. We don’t have any fancy mission statements. We just try to match the right person with the right job so they can start earning a living. It’s mostly just us sitting here, drinking tea, and going through lists of names and phone numbers. Upleta is a small place, so word of mouth is usually how people find us. We like it that way because it feels more personal than those big online job sites. We just keep track of the local job market as best as we can.
