If you are driving down Kuvadava Road in Rajkot, you will find Jiyal Tours & Travels right by the Shiv Family Restaurant. We are situated opposite the Jay Hind Weigh Bridge. It’s a part of town that sees a lot of traffic and trucks passing through, which keeps things interesting for us. We have been operating from this location for quite a bit now. We aren't a big corporation with departments and managers. It’s just us here, making sure people can get their travel plans sorted out without a fuss. Sometimes it’s noisy outside because of the weigh bridge and the restaurant traffic, but we are used to it by now. We spend most of our time looking at maps and schedules and talking to people about where they need to go. We started this business because we liked the idea of helping neighbors see new places. It is a lot of work keeping track of everything, but we do our best every day. We don't have a glossy brochure or a scripted greeting. We just talk to you like a normal person and try to figure out what works for your schedule. Being near the restaurant is nice because we can grab a quick bite when things get busy. We have stayed in this spot because the locals know where to find us. It’s a practical setup for a practical business. We don't try to make things sound more complicated than they really are.
