Our office is located near the Varma Building in Rajkot. It's a pretty well-known spot in this part of Gujarat. We handle a lot of the local operations for the airline from here. The 360001 area is usually buzzing with activity. Inside, it's mostly desks, computers, and stacks of papers that need filing. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop by with questions about their travel. It isn't always smooth; sometimes flights are delayed and we have to deal with the fallout, which can be stressful. But that is the nature of the industry. The building itself is simple and easy to spot once you get close to the Varma landmark. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; we just focus on the daily tasks at hand. Staff here have been around for a while, so we know how things work. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up, but we manage. It’s a job that keeps you on your toes because you never know what the next call will be about. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the paperwork is in order. It’s a regular office where real people work hard every day. We usually grab lunch from the local spots nearby. Rajkot is a good place to be based, even if it gets a bit dusty outside. We don't use big words, we just look at the schedule and do the work.
