JAYSON MACHINE'S IMPEX

You can find Jayson Machine’s Impex over at Vijay Plot, right on the corner of Street No. 13 and the Main Road. It’s a very easy spot to see because we have all sorts of machinery moving in and out all the time. The street is always busy with trucks and small carts. We deal with machines, mostly bringing them in and getting them to the people who need them for their workshops. Our building is practical. We have high ceilings and heavy floors because the machines we handle are quite heavy. It smells like grease and cold metal inside. We don’t have a fancy showroom with bright lights or anything. We just have the machines sitting there ready to be looked at. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking the crates that come in. It’s a bit of a dusty job, actually. We wear sturdy boots because you never know when something heavy might be nearby. We’ve been on this corner for a long time now. The local tea shop knows our names and how we like our drinks. We don’t do a lot of advertising. People usually just stop by because they saw us while driving on the Main Road. We talk about the specs and the prices and that’s about it. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to move the machines and get home to our families.
