We are located right opposite Pal Auto Road, just a bit down from National Cotton. If you are driving by, you can usually smell what we’re making before you even see the sign. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and it’s a pretty simple setup with the kitchen and the packing area taking up most of the room. Every morning starts early, getting the heat going and prepping the ingredients for the day’s snacks. We aren't some big factory with assembly lines; it’s mostly just us doing things by hand and making sure everything tastes the way it’s supposed to. The floors can get a bit slippery with the oil, and it gets quite hot in the middle of the afternoon, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. We make all the local favorites that people like to munch on with their tea. Bags of snacks are stacked up everywhere, waiting to be picked up or delivered to the shops nearby. We don't have a fancy storefront or anything like that, just a functional space where we get the cooking done. It’s noisy and busy, and there’s always a delivery truck blocking the road for a minute, but that’s just how it is here. People know where to find us when they want something fresh. It’s a lot of work being over the stove all day, but we are used to the heat and the constant pace.
