Jay Khodiyar Food Industries

We are over here at G-1011 in the Lodhika GIDC area of Metoda. Our place is right by Kishan Gate, which usually has a lot of trucks moving around throughout the day. Jay Khodiyar Food Industries is basically just a small team of us working with different food products every morning and afternoon. It’s not a very big operation, but we stay busy enough to keep the lights on and everyone paid. We’ve been at this location for a while now and most of the neighbors know who we are. Some days are longer than others, especially when a big order comes in or if one of the machines decides to stop working for no reason. We just fix it and keep going. The workshop floor gets pretty warm during the afternoons, so we take breaks when we can. It’s honest work and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We handle the processing and packing ourselves right here on site. If you walk past Kishan Gate, you’ll probably see our gate. It’s a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We don’t really do much advertising or anything like that. Most people just hear about us from someone else or stop by because they saw the name on the wall. We like being part of the Metoda community and it’s a decent place to run a business.
