If you head down Panchasar Road and look behind R.K. Traders, you will find our place. Jay Ganesh Machine Tools is more of a workshop than anything else. We don't have a big storefront with neon signs. It is mostly just the sound of work being done and the smell of iron. We’ve been at this location for a while and the neighbors all know us by now. We deal with various machine parts and repairs mostly. People bring in things that are broken or need a specific adjustment, and we see what we can do. It’s a bit cramped inside because we have so many tools and old parts lying around, but we know where everything is. The area can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but we just close the shutters and keep working. We don't spend money on ads or big promotions. If we do a good job, the person tells their friend, and that is how we get more work. It’s a simple way to run things, but it works for us. Our days are long, especially when there is a rush order, but we don't mind the overtime much. It’s just how life is when you run a small machine shop. We just want to get the job done and go home. People stop by for a chat while we work, and that is just fine by us.
