You’ll find us in the Umiya Chamber on Sanada Road in Morbi. It is a straightforward location to get to. We’ve been running this travel desk for some time now. The office is pretty simple, with a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. We don’t go in for anything fancy or high-tech. It’s mostly just us, a phone, and the computer. Sanada Road is a main part of town, so we see a lot of people passing by every day. Some people just pop in to ask for directions or check a price. We don’t mind. It’s part of being a local business. We handle the usual travel bookings, whether it’s for a bus or a car. The building itself, Umiya Chamber, is well-known around here. We like the neighborhood because it feels lived-in and active. There’s always someone to talk to. We don’t have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure the folks who come to us get where they need to go. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink tea, and other days we are busy from start to finish. That’s just how it goes in the travel trade. We’re just regular people trying to do a decent job for our neighbors in Morbi. It’s a quiet life but we like the pace of it. We often have the radio playing softly in the background. It helps pass the time when the phones aren't ringing. We keep our records in big ledgers and on the screen, just to be safe. It works for us.
