Happy Tours & Travels is located in Hirachand Chambers. We are right on Dhebar Road, specifically near the Rajkot Motor Service Station at Dhebar Chowk. It’s a central part of the city, so there is always a lot of noise and activity around the office. We like being where the action is. Most of our days are spent sitting at our desks, talking to people who want to visit family or go on a small trip. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Gujarat. We just want to do a decent job for the people who come in. Sometimes the office gets crowded, especially during the holidays when everyone wants to travel at once. We handle it as best as we can. Being near the service station means there are always cars and bikes around. It feels very much like a part of the real Rajkot here. We don't have any fancy brochures or big marketing plans. People find us because we’ve been here a while and we know how the local transport works. If someone needs a ticket or a car, we see what's available and let them know. It’s a simple way of doing business. We try to stay organized, but sometimes it’s just a lot of papers and phone calls. That’s just how it goes when you’re running a small travel shop. We show up every day and do what's needed.
