Om Household Appliances Pvt. Ltd. is located on Gondal Road, which is part of the 8-B National Highway in the Veraval area of Rajkot. You can find us right across from P. S. Plywood. Because we are on the highway, there is a constant sound of trucks and cars passing by at all hours. Our building is a busy place where we handle all sorts of household goods. The floor is usually covered with boxes and we spend a lot of time moving stock around to make space for new arrivals. It isn't a flashy showroom with bright lights and fancy displays. It is a practical warehouse and office where we get things done. The sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard, so we often keep the shutters down a bit to stay cool during the day. We have been in this spot for several years and we know many of the other business owners nearby. Sometimes we walk over to the plywood shop for a chat when things are quiet. We don't have any big mission statements or corporate slogans. We just open the doors in the morning and help whoever comes in looking for appliances. It is a regular, everyday business. We deal with the paperwork, talk to the suppliers, and make sure the customers get what they paid for. It’s a busy life but it keeps us on our toes.
