Our office is at 202, Business Terminal on Yagnik Road. We are right opposite the Ramkrishna Ashram. It’s a busy part of town, so finding parking is always a bit of a nightmare. Inside, it’s a bit more peaceful. We spend most of our time looking at travel dates and trying to figure out schedules. There are brochures everywhere, even though we mostly use the computer now. It’s just a few of us here. We aren't a big travel agency with hundreds of staff. It’s more personal. We sit at our desks and talk to people about where they want to go. Yagnik Road has a lot of energy, and we like being in the middle of it. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit hectic. We don’t have a script for how we talk to people. We just try to be helpful and honest about what’s available. The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for us. We’ve been here at the Business Terminal for a while. You get to know the other people working in the building. It’s a nice community. We drink a lot of coffee while we’re working on bookings. It’s a regular office life, just focused on helping people plan their trips. We sometimes get busy talking about destinations we’d like to visit ourselves. It keeps the day interesting while we handle the local traffic noise outside.
