Gmw Pvt. Ltd. has been around for quite a while now. We use Post Box No. 241 for our mail, which is how a lot of our old-school clients still get in touch with us. We’ve always focused on the mechanical side of things, mostly parts and components for larger machinery. The workshop is a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. It’s not the kind of place that looks impressive from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly lathes, milling machines, and shelves full of steel stock. We have a small team of workers who have been doing this for decades. They don't need much instruction anymore. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. It’s a bit of a quiet operation, really. We just show up, look at the orders for the day, and get to work. The tea breaks are probably the most organized part of our day. Sometimes we have to hunt for a specific tool that someone didn't put back, but that's just life in a machine shop. We aren't interested in corporate jargon or fancy presentations. If the part fits and it works, then we've done our job right. It’s a simple way of running a business, but it’s kept us going this long without too many headaches. There is an old calendar on the wall from five years ago we never took down.
