Glare Household Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Survey No. 166, Plot No. 22, right on Sidc Road. We are just opposite the Shantidham Society, near NH-8B. It’s a good location because the highway is right there, which helps with moving the household items we make. Our building isn't anything to brag about—it’s just a practical space for manufacturing and storage. We have rows of boxes stacked up almost to the ceiling most days. It gets a bit crowded when a big shipment is coming in. The staff here are mostly from the nearby areas, so there's a lot of local talk in the breakroom. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. If there's a problem on the line, we just go down and fix it ourselves. We make things that people use in their homes every day, so we try to keep things simple and functional. The floors are a bit scratched from moving crates around, and the paint is peeling in a few corners, but the machines work fine. We spend more time on the production floor than we do in the office. It’s a straightforward business. We don’t have time for long meetings or fancy presentations. We just focus on making sure the boxes are packed right and the trucks are loaded before the sun goes down. That's a typical day for us on Sidc Road, and we stay busy.
