Our office is located on Sardarnagar Main Road in Rajkot. We are right across from Dr. Kalaria Clinic, which is how most people find us. It is a busy street with a lot of shops and people walking by. The office itself is not very large. We have a counter where we talk to customers and some machines for counting money and checking documents. Since we deal with foreign exchange, we have to be very careful with the numbers. It is a lot of paperwork and calculating rates throughout the day. The room is usually quiet compared to the noise of Sardarnagar Main Road outside. We have a few chairs for people who are waiting. We don't have any flashy decorations or expensive furniture. It is just a functional workspace for us to do our jobs. Most of our day is spent handling different currencies and talking to people who are traveling abroad. We have been in this spot for a good while now, and we see many of the same faces. Sometimes the weather makes the office feel a bit stuffy, but we have a fan that helps. We are just a local business trying to provide a clear service to the people in the neighborhood. It is straightforward work, and we stay busy from the time we open until we close the doors in the evening. There is always something to count.
