Galaxy Service Point

Our shop is number 42 in the Star Complex on Gondal Road. We are quite close to the Swaminarayan Temple, so it’s easy for people to find us when they’re in the area. Galaxy Service Point is a bit of a mix. While we handle things related to travel and services, we aren't a big flashy company. It’s just a small shop where we try to help out with whatever the customer needs that day. Gondal Road is always packed with traffic and people, which keeps us on our toes. We spend a lot of time on the computer or the phone, checking on things for people who don't have the time to do it themselves. We don't use any complicated language or corporate talk. We just tell you what can be done and how long it will take. The office is pretty basic, just a counter and some shelf space. Sometimes friends from the neighboring shops come in to chat, which gives the place a nice local feel. We aren't trying to be the biggest service point in Rajkot, just a reliable one where you can get an honest answer. If we can't do something, we’ll just tell you straight. It’s easier that way for everyone. We appreciate the people who have been coming to us for years and we just keep doing our thing every day. It is just honest work for our local community here.
