Our shop is number 10 in the Shilp Complex. It’s right there on the 150 Feet Ring Road, which is always moving. We are pretty much opposite the Ghandakan Temple and near the IOC petrol pump, so it's a landmark most folks in Rajkot recognize. At Dream Tours & Travels, the day usually starts with checking messages and seeing who needs a car or a trip organized. It gets a bit dusty with the road construction and all the trucks going by, but we keep the office clean for whoever walks in. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure the vehicles are ready and the drivers know where they’re going. Sometimes things go wrong, like a tire gets flat or a train is late, and we just have to figure it out as we go. That’s just how the travel business is. We handle local trips and longer ones too. We don't bother with fancy brochures much because most people just want to know the cost and the time. We sit down, have some water, and talk through the plan. It's a busy corner of town, but we like being where the action is. Most of our day is spent on the phone or computer. We're just regular people trying to help our neighbors get from one place to another without a headache. We just do our job and go home at the end of the day.
