You can find Dipak Machine Tools over on the Main Road in Amar Nagar. We are right opposite Perfect Forging, which is a big landmark in the Umakant Pandit Udhyog Nagar area. This part of town is always busy with trucks and people working in the various units nearby. We deal in machine tools, so our shop is full of heavy parts and equipment. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, as there is always a bit of oil or metal shavings around, but it is a working shop. We’ve been here for several years. People usually stop by when they need a specific tool or part for their own workshops. We aren't a big company with a lot of layers. Usually, when you walk in, you’ll talk directly to the person who knows where every single bolt is kept. We don’t use any fancy sales tactics. We just show you what we have and tell you the price. Sometimes we have to order things in, which can take a few days, but we try to be honest about the timing. The traffic on the Main Road can be a nightmare in the afternoons, but being so close to other industrial shops makes it a good location for us. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just supply tools to the people who need them and hope they come back the next time they need something.
